JEROME (JERRY) J. PARKS
Co-Founder and Chairman
As TVM’s chairman, Jerry has his sights on the big picture. His strategic thinking has helped build our firm’s solid foundation.
Jerry is no stranger to new ventures. Over 50 years ago, his entrepreneurial spirit led to the start of Jerome J. Parks Companies, a group of enterprises that includes an award-winning general contracting firm, development companies that develop, build and market residential apartments, single family homes, commercial buildings, offices, mixed-use projects and marinas and a variety of real estate investment companies. The firm also provides professional consulting for the development and construction of residential projects, office buildings, mixed-use, town center concepts and maritime properties. Jerry’s most recent achievement is Annapolis’ Park Place, which includes luxury condominiums, Class A office and retail space, an 1,100 space parking garage and a 225 room Westin hotel.
For nearly two decades, Jerry has contributed to the National Foundation for the Advancement in the Arts (NFAA). He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and remains active today. Continuing his love for the arts, Jerry founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to the creation of the Maryland Theatre for the Performing Arts, a new state-of-the-art performance hall and theater slated for Annapolis.
Born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Washington, D.C., Jerry attended Montgomery College and Penn State College (University) where he enrolled in NROTC and was active in the Maryland Naval Reserves.
A semi-retired skier and tennis player, Jerome Parks now finds pleasure attending theater, fishing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Bonnie, his son Jeremy and his family, as well as his five dogs.
J. JEREMY PARKS
Co-Founder and President
Jeremy leads TVM’s operations with a primary focus on economic return, product suitability and positioning, sustainable development and community enhancement for our clients.
Jeremy’s diverse background has helped our clients navigate the complex challenges facing lenders and real estate developers, including governmental and community affairs. A former financial consultant at Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch, Jeremy has developed a unique insight into the real estate industry from a financial perspective.
Jeremy grew up with the family real estate, construction and investment business, exposed to every facet of the industry. After his time on Wall Street, Jeremy joined forces with his father Jerry, offering his combined real estate and financial expertise to expand the Parks’ growing enterprises. Jeremy is currently Executive Vice President of Jerome J. Parks Companies.
Jeremy graduated from Curry College and holds a certificate in marina management from the International Marine Institute. He is an Ironman athlete, ultra-marathoner and co-founder of the Annapolis Triathlon Club. He also enjoys fishing and sailing. Jeremy lives in Annapolis with his wife and two children.
THEODORE (TED) CHASE
Chief Performance Officer
Ted is responsible for TVM’s financial and accounting activities. He provides financial forecasts, projections and other services to our clients.
Ted’s experience spans more than 30 years of bi-coastal activity in accounting, taxation and all aspects of real estate development from land acquisition and entitlement to construction and sale of a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. In addition, he has handled financings from lines of credit to construction debt and equity vehicles. His expertise extends to the planning and research required for the conduct of due diligence investigations and the preparation of physical and financial feasibility studies.
Ted joined forces with the Parks family in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Jerome J. Parks Companies.
Ted is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. Ted, an avid golfer, lives in West Virginia with his wife of more than 30 years.
CLAUDIA B. RESHETILOFF
Director of Operations
Claudia oversees daily operations, client relationships and work product management for TVM’s clients.
Claudia’s career has focused on commercial property and asset management, including 14 years with Equity Office Properties, where she managed all day-to-day operations, employees and contractors at each of her commercial office buildings throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Later promoted to regional finance director and senior regional financial analyst, Claudia worked with properties in New York City, the Philadelphia downtown and suburban markets, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Claudia joined Jerome J. Parks Companies in 2005. She currently serves as the firm’s Vice President of Operations.
Claudia graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA and holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She lives in Annapolis with her husband and two children. When not racing sailboats with her husband, Claudia and her family relax on their cruising sailboat "Demeter."
